Steve and Helen have given up many hours of their time bringing kitesports into schools in and around Leicester. Steve has been dubbed by the Media as the 'Jamie Oliver' of Kite flying. they have been working closely with Suzanne Woods (Oadby & Wigston Schools Sports Partnership) and have had amazing success.
They have now worked with well over 100 schools in Leicestershire, and plan to continue give many more kids the opportunity to try kitesports. Steve and Helen's achievements have been recognised with the award. 'Outstanding contribution to kite flying' work with schools and other clubs.
